Conceptual Designs/Preliminary Layouts

From your ideas, a “Preliminary Layout” of the floor plan and front elevation will be prepared for you to review. This drawing is to scale of ¼” = 1’-0” which makes it easy to use for furniture arrangement in rooms and obtaining fairly accurate preliminary cost figures. Once the concept drawing is approved, we will transform your persona ideas into 3D conceptual designs for your review and comments. The 3D-CAD model will allow you to better understand the space features of your home.

Construction Documents

The construction document process begins once you have approved the preliminary drawings. My staff and I are able to create all the necessary drawings needed for you to obtain your building permits. Most complete sets of house plans consist of the following:
